L 57 kg = 125.4 lbs: On first month she lost 2 kgs (4.4 Ibs). On second month lost 0 kgs. 3rd month lost 1 kg (2.2 Ibs). Currently weighs 54 kg = 118.8 lbs). Side effects: None. Weight Goal: unknown. Her conclusion: "3 months for 3 kgs. I even exercised. Gee, such miracle pill (sarcastic)" My conclusion: Again, no side effects. My friend stayed on the pills for 3 whole months, followed the instructions, exercised, the whole works: only to lose 3 kgs. I have given her M's 1 month (the one she decided to quit) and see how the 4th month will do for her--- but L says she s not expecting anything from it. | L 57 kg = 125.4 lbs: On first month she lost 2 kgs (4.4 Ibs). S (81 kg = 178.2 pounds): On first month, she lost 4 kgs (8.8 pounds). On second month she lost another 4 kgs (so she currently weigh 73 kg = 160.6 pounds) . Side effects: Dizziness, headaches, strong loss of appetite (where she forced herself to eat), lack of energy, sleep more. She threw up on an Paintball outing became lack of energy and no food in system. Weight Goal: 60 kg = 132 lbs. Her conclusion: "I will continue taking the pills until I hit 70 kgs (154 pounds) then I will look for a diet pill that is less strong." My conclusion: She is a 180cm girl (5.84 feet), according to BMI Weight generator, she was overweight, and now she is average weight. She wants to be 60 kgs = 132 pounds: she will still be in the average weight category however it is very close to hitting underweight. I am just worried that she wont know how to stop relying on the diet pills (losing 21 kg = 46.2 lbs is a big deal. She might get caught up in the diet and wont be able to stop, or she lose the whooper 21 kgs and lose herself to the attention she gets and become artificial). The pills seems to be working for her but the side effects are very negative. I would recommend for her to switch to another diet pill. |
T (90 kg = 198 pounds): On first month he lost 3 kgs (6.6 pounds). On second month he lost 4 kgs (8.8 pounds) (currently weigh 83 kg = 182.6 pounds). Side effects: lost of appetite (not as strong as S where he need to force himself to eat), dizziness and lack of energy. Weight Goal: 70 kg = 154 pounds. His conclusion: "I will continue to use the pills for as long as I have to." My conclusion: It works for him, with little negative side effects. If no other negative side effects hit him then I recommend him continue taking the pills. |
M 65 kg = pounds lbs: On first month she lost 4 kgs (8.8 pounds). On second month lost 3 kgs (6.6 pounds (currently weighs 58 kg = 127.6 lbs). Side effects: lost of appetite (not as strong as S where he need to force himself to eat), dizziness and small headaches. Weight Goal: unknown. Her conclusion: "I will continue to take the pills until I see fit." My conclusion: The pills work for her. But she is an Asian mother, height 155 cms (5.03 feet). I wouldn't recommend losing too much weight there. And she seem to be forcing herself to lose weight to look pretty, not to be fit. But as for the pills, it doesn't have too much of negative side effects and it works, therefore I say the pills is an "OK" choice. |
