  • Diet Drinks work, however research shows that when users stop drinking the diet drinks, they gain back their lost weight almost immediately.
  • Avoid buying pills from unverified sellers (such as eBay sellers). Not only that many of them are fake, but the fake pills may cause your body to malfunction (heart failure for example).
  • Add your own personal experience/reviews to help other users.
  • Beware over-the-counter diet pills, weight loss products and dietary supplements. These weight loss products are NOT regulated, contain active ingredients which have no proven weight loss benefits, and may damage your weight and health.
  • Don't stay on diet pills for more than 4-6 weeks without consulting your doctor.
